Geology
Description
Shale, sandstone, siltstone and conglomerate, with muscovite, black material of plant remains, micaceous, graded beding and sole marks structure. Some part of this unit are highly indurated
Stratigraphic Relationship
The top of formation has an interfingering contact with the Geghan Formation. Gradual contact with metamorphic rocks. This unit can be correlated with the Kanikeh Formation of Seram Island.
